The destination is nestled in the heart of the Tarentaise Valley, in the heart of the French Alps.

A treasure trove of history, heritage, memories and sensations !

 

Peisey-Vallandry is a destination made up of the village of Landry further down the valley, Landry welcomes you at the start of your ascent up the mountain.

 

You pass through the village of Peisey (1400m), where you can already find a few farms producing Beaufort AOP.

 

Then you discover the hamlet of Moulin with its small bell tower, and if you continue towards the bottom of the valley, you cross the village of Nancroix (1500m), then the hamlet of Chenarie (where there is a magnificent Chapel), then direction Pont Baudin (1580m), an exceptional Nordic site.

 

You can go on snowshoes or cross-country skis to the hamlet of Lanches, a typical high-altitude village with a Savoyard feel.

 

Finally, returning to the village of Nancroix, you can continue your ascent towards the resort of

Peisey-Vallandry arrival at 1650m altitude up to 1750m altitude for the highest point.

Station divided into 2 parts, Vallandry on the left and Plan-Peisey on the right, all with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc.
